And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allāh]. al-Anfal Part 10

وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ 59

Translation	And let not those who disbelieve think they will escape. Indeed, they will not cause failure [to Allāh].
