Question

And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.[737] وَءَاتِ ذَا ٱلْقُرْبَىٰ حَقَّهُۥ وَٱلْمِسْكِينَ وَٱبْنَ ٱلسَّبِيلِ وَلَا تُبَذِّرْ تَبْذِيرًا 26

Accepted Answer

[737] i.e., on that which is unlawful or in disobedience to Allāh. Al-Isra Part 15

Translation	And give the relative his right, and [also] the poor and the traveler, and do not spend wastefully.[737]
