Only those who hear will respond. But the dead[301] - Allāh will resurrect them; then to Him they will be returned. إِنَّمَا يَسْتَجِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسْمَعُونَ وَٱلْمَوْتَىٰ يَبْعَثُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ 36

Accepted Answer

[301] i.e., the dead of heart, meaning the disbelievers. al-An`am Part 07

Translation	Only those who hear will respond. But the dead[301] - Allāh will resurrect them; then to Him they will be returned.
