Question

And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return[906] وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ 95

Accepted Answer

[906] They cannot return to this world, nor can they repent to Allāh. al-Anbiya' Part 17

Translation	And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return[906]
Footnote	[906] They cannot return to this world, nor can they repent to Allāh.
