إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ 8

Translation	Indeed, We have put shackles on their necks, and they are to their chins, so they are with heads [kept] aloft.
