And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners[1060] وَلَوْ نَزَّلْنَٰهُ عَلَىٰ بَعْضِ ٱلْأَعْجَمِينَ 198

[1060] i.e., the non-Arabs or those who are not fluent in the Arabic language. ash-Shu`ara' Part 19

Translation	And even if We had revealed it to one among the foreigners[1060]
