And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,[296] the Aware.[297] وَهُوَ ٱلْقَاهِرُ فَوْقَ عِبَادِهِۦ وَهُوَ ٱلْحَكِيمُ ٱلْخَبِيرُ 18

[296] Whose wisdom includes precise, perfect and absolute knowledge of all realities and outcomes, according to which He decrees and causes circumstances and occurrences.
[297] Fully acquainted and familiar with every hidden thought, intent and condition of His servants.

Translation	And He is the subjugator over His servants. And He is the Wise,[296] the Aware.[297]
