قُلْ أَنفِقُوا۟ طَوْعًا أَوْ كَرْهًا لَّن يُتَقَبَّلَ مِنكُمْ إِنَّكُمْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًا فَٰسِقِينَ 53

Translation	Say, ''Spend willingly or unwillingly; never will it be accepted from you. Indeed, you have been a defiantly disobedient people.''
