Acid Lactic Pyruvic Fermentation O2 Runs Converts Burning

Lactic acid fermentation occurs when oxygen is depleted, converting pyruvic acid to lactic acid; this lactic acid can later be converted back to pyruvic acid in the liver when oxygen is available.

Lactic Acid Fermentation: When O2 runs out, converts pyruvic acid into lactic acid - burning feeling - carried to liver and converted back to pyruvic acid once oxygen enters system again
