Ph Change 10x Increment Marked Acidity Acidic

The pH scale is logarithmic, meaning each full unit change signifies a tenfold difference in acidity; for example, pH 1 is ten times more acidic than pH 2.

Each whole number increase or decrease on the pH scale represents a tenfold change in acidity or alkalinity. For instance, pH 1 is ten times more acidic than pH 2.

Front pH
Back Each increment of pH change (1 to 2 to 3) is marked by a 10x change in acidity. pH 1 is 10x more acidic than pH 2.
