| Notes | Emotion- or feeling-related adjectives cannot be used when describing a psychological state of someone who is not the speaker nor the listener. In such case, adjectives should be transformed into verbs by the addition of -아/어하다. In this usage -아/어하다 corresponds to 'seems ...' or 'appears to ...'. |
