Chromosomes Nuclear Envelope Move Opposite Spindle Chromatids Steps

Front What are the steps for Mitosis
Back Prophase- Chromosomes shorten and thicken, the nuclear envelope breaks down. Centrioles form and move to opposite end of the cell.
Metaphase- Chromosomes align in the middle as
the spindle fibres attach to the centromere.
Anaphase- Centromere divide, spindle contracts and chromatids move to the opposite poles.
Telophase- Chromatids become long and thin, nuclear envelope builds up. Cytoplasm divides(cytokinesis)
