Transpiration is the evaporation of water from a plant's surface, where water evaporates from moist cell walls, accumulates in spaces between leaf cells, and exits through open stomata down a concentration gradient.
A transpiração é a evaporação de água da superfície da planta, onde a água evapora das paredes celulares húmidas, acumula-se nos espaços entre as células da folha e sai pelas estômatos quando abertas, seguindo um gradiente de concentração.
