Fatores que afetam a taxa de reações enzimáticas: 1. Temperatura - Se ficar muito quente, as ligações se quebram e a enzima desnatura. 2. pH - Se for muito alto/baixo, as ligações mudam e afetam o sítio ativo, fazendo com que a enzima desnature. 3. Concentração de substrato - Mais substratos significam uma reação mais rápida. Até que todos os sítios ativos se preencham.
