MHC class I deficiency is an immunodeficiency disease in which MHC class I molecules are not present on the cell surface, usually as a result of an inherited deficiency of either TAP-1 or TAP-2.
La deficiencia de MHC clase I es una enfermedad de inmunodeficiencia en la que las moléculas MHC clase I no están presentes en la superficie celular, generalmente como resultado de una deficiencia heredada de TAP-1 o TAP-2.
