Secreted Toxins Produced Staphylococci Food Poisoning Stimulate T

Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs) are secreted toxins from some staphylococci that cause food poisoning and stimulate T cells by binding to MHC class II molecules and Vβ domains of certain T-cell receptors, acting as superantigens.
