3) Social Construction model - emotions are based upon situational contexts; social situations elicit unique emotions & play different rules
4) Display Rules -  cultural expectations of emotions; Inuit society doesn't like anger
5) Cultural Syndrome - shared set of beliefs among people of the same culture; men repress sadness/women display anger
