Campylobacter Jejuni is a spiral-shaped rod bacterium commonly found in animal feces and is a frequent cause of human diarrhea, often contracted from raw milk, poultry, and dogs.

Symptoms: Fever, malaise, abdominal pain 
- Could lead to Ulcerative Colitis (short term) 
Incubation 2-4 days
- Self limiting= 1 week
