A false dilemma (or false dichotomy) is a fallacy where only two options are presented as the only possibilities, when in reality more exist.
Ein falsches Dilemma (oder eine falsche Dichotomie) ist ein Trugschluss, bei dem nur zwei Optionen als die einzig möglichen dargestellt werden, obwohl es tatsächlich mehrere gibt.
