Definition and Examples I can't have normal, fun, relaxed social conversation with peopl bc I'm not interesting and they'll find out, ridicule me behind my back.

Have compassion for yourself. We're just two points of conscioussness existing in a moment in time. Only if I am present in this moment then i can perceive anything that does, in fact, happen
