Fallacy I must be perfect at everything i do in life.  i must have everyone (or most people) like me, respect me, think I'm funny, interesting, etc.
Definition and Examples That is impossible. Have compassion for yourself. It's perfectly fine if I'm not the best at everything and/or if people don't think I'm funny, think I'm interesting, don't respect me, don't think i'm smart. I can cope with all that. I still have my life.
