Walking Parking Lot Thinking Laughing Sneering Reality Aware

The fallacy presented is the 'spotlighting' fallacy, which involves the assumption that people are focused on you and judging you. In reality, people are often not thinking about what you are doing, and it's best to have compassion for yourself.

Fallacy When walking across a parking lot thinking that everyone is looking at me laughing and sneering at me.
Definition and Examples In reality, no one is even aware I am walking. Or so what if I'm walking funny; let's walk funny. There is no perfect or correct way I'm supposed to walk. Have compassion for yourself and others.
