Atp Periods Excercise Short Creatine Store Po4 Ways

Front what are the ways in which ATP generated?
Back - aerobic (from oxidative phosphorylation in mitochondria, lots of mito in muscles for long periods of low-intensity excercise)
- anaerobic (from glycolysis, but no O2 so pyruvate converted into lactate for short periods of high-intensity excercise)
- creatine phosphate (store of PO4, can immediately form ATP but store runs out quickly, used for short bursts of vigorous excercise, when muscle relaxes, creatine PO4 store replenishes from PO4 in ATP)
