Mixed Forms Yoghurt Yoghurt Making Milk Powder Added Mixture

Back - milk powder added to milk, mixture pasterised, homogenised and cooled
- mixed with 1;1 ratio of 2 types of bacteria (one forms ethanol and one forms lactic acid)
- incubated and when fermentation ends, put into cartons as plain yoghurt
- thick-set yoghurt mixed and ferments in pot
