Occurs Cornea E.G Blinking Reflex Stimulated Touched Protects

The blinking reflex occurs when the cornea is stimulated (corneal reflex) or due to loud sounds/bright light (optical reflex), protecting the cornea, lens, and retina from damage.

El reflejo de parpadeo ocurre cuando la córnea es estimulada (reflejo corneal) o por sonidos fuertes/luz brillante (reflejo óptico), protegiendo la córnea, el cristalino y la retina del daño.

Front why blinking reflex occurs
Back occurs when cornea is stimulated (e.g touched), protects cornea from damage (e.g from foreign bodies entering) which is corneal reflex

also occurs when sounds heard are >40-60dB or when there is bright light (protects lens/retina, called optical reflex)
